Our office provides access to the mobile app, SentriSmart, and a backup keycard. Come to our Chapala street address with your ID and a method of payment. You must be an active member of the SBMLS to have SentriLock key access in the Santa Barbara area. A day notice is preferred, to allow optimal setup. We are able to assign keys from 8am to 4:30pm. The office is located at 1415 Chapala St, Santa Barbara CA 93101. You must be an active member of the Santa Barbara Multiple Listing Service to obtain a SentriLock device capable of opening SentriLock lockboxes in Santa Barbara.
